NimbleTalentz was founded by Rick Ables, a visionary entrepreneur running a Digital Marketing agency and struggling to find the right talent fast enough to scale the agency while maintaining profitability. He realized that the traditional hiring process was costly, time-consuming, and often resulted in subpar results.
He then discovered the enormous potential of remote teams, which could be hired for a fraction of the cost, had a similar or better experience than local talent, and without the overhead expenses of on-site employees.
